/KASE, October 5, 11/ - Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on September 28, 2011 its Board of Directors took the following decisions: quote 1. Notice has been taken of the progress report of the Bank's Management Board on the business plan for the reporting period. 2. Notice has been taken of the Bank's managerial accounts for the reporting period. 3. The revised Rules on "General terms of operations of Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)" have been approved. 4. The limit of USD10,0000,000 (ten million) on JSC Kazakhstan Stock Exchange has been approved with regard to in-advance delivery of foreign currency sold and/or payment for foreign currency purchased with money transferred to accounts at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange before trading begins. 5. The current account sample agreement for an individual related with the Bank by special relationships has been approved. 6.
