/KASE, October 4, 11/ - Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release of October 4, 2011: quote The subsidiary of the major Russian bank, Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan has become an associated member of VISA International, the international payment system, and begun issuing own cards. Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) releases instant issue cards VISA Instant Issue, as well as broadly used VISA Electron, VISA Classic Unembossed, VISA Classic and VISA Gold. Also, the Bank issues corporate payment cards VISA Business, intended for paying overheads and trip costs of corporations' employees. The payment card's account may be opened either in tenge, or US dollars, Russian rubles and euros. The cards are issued for residents and non-residents of Kazakhstan, who reached 18 years of age, for 1 to 3 years. Annual service fee equals to 200 to 20,000 tenge. Cardholders can order additional cards for their family members (from 14 years old). Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) cards will be accepted by 25 ATMs across Kazakhstan, as well as in branches' POS terminals. The Bank wants to increase the number of ATMs to 50 in 2012. One of major advantages of Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) is the possibility to withdraw cash at Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) tariffs in all VTB Group's cash machines.
