/KASE, September 29, 11/ - Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)
(Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of amendments made to the issue prospectus
of its bonds KZ2C0Y04D904 (KZ2C00000131, KASE official list, Rated Debt
Securities, BVTBb1; KZT100; KZT15.0 bn; December 11, 2010 - December 11, 2014;
semi-annual coupon 7.00 % APR; 30/360).
The mentioned amendments were registered by the Committee on Regulation and
Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on September 19, 2011 and were
made due to amendments to the Management Board of Subsidiary Organization JSC
VTB Bank (Kazakhstan).
