Investors were disappointed by vague outcome of the meeting of the Council of Finance Ministers of the euro area, which was held on 16-17 September in Poland. Investors expect that over the weekend the European authorities will develop a program of aid to Greece, but a clear answer has not been received. The situation is compounded by the fear that the European Commission, European Central Bank and the IMF may not isolate Athens next tranche of financial assistance if the government does not hasten with the conduct of actions to reduce expenditures.
