Moody's withdrew ratings of "Tsesnabank" JCS

/IRBIS, September 14, 2011/ - Moody's Investor Service withdrew
ratings of "Tsesnabank" JCS, the rating agency reported on
September 13.
As stated, the following ratings have been withdrawn:
- Long-term lending and deposit ratings in local and foreign
currencies Caa1;
- Short-term ratings in foreign and local currency Not Prime;
- Banking financial strength rating (BFSR) E.
As indicated, Moody's withdrew the rating on its own business
reasons.
Moody's notes that as of the date of withdrawal of ratings JSC
"Tsesnabank" had no debt assessment to Moody's.
