Batys tranzit (Kazakhstan) to hold special general shareholders meeting on October 7, 2011

/KASE, September 7, 11/ - Batys tranzit (Almaty, hereinafter - the Company), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on October 7, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. its shareholders' special general meeting is to begin. The sole issue on the meeting agenda is appointing of a new member of the Company's Board of Directors. The meeting shall be held at: Almaty, 162zh., Shevchenko str., room 501.
