Forecasts and recommendations of analysts of BTA Securities (Kazakhstan) for August 31, 2011

/IRBIS, August 31, 2011/ - JSC BTA Bank's Subsidiary
organization BTA Securities (BTA Securities, Almaty) has
provided IRBIS with a survey of main events, forecasts and
investment ideas for August 31, 2011.
According to the report, analysts note that the premarket on
world markets is composed as follows:
- In general, the growth of yesterday's growth of quotations of
raw materials should support the shares of metallurgists and
oil industry. Banks may also be marked in black. Significant
growth of quotations of securities of Kazakhstan in foreign
markets should boost the value of shares at a locale for at
least 1.5%. Among the leaders may be Kazkom, GDR of
which have soared by 16%. Halyk Bank can add more than
2%. At least 5% added raw materials producers on the
international markets.
- Asian markets opened today in different directions. Nikkei
index went down by 0.1% on the pressure of rolled down
quotations of Japanese exporters suffering from the
strengthening yen. Disappointed market players statistics on
industrial production in the "Land of the Rising Sun", the
volume of which grew by only 0.6% against the forecasted
1.5%. Hang Seng rising to 0.35% of shares, with the support
of developers, construction companies and issuers of the
technology sector. Shanghai index falls by 0.7% in response
to the negative data on consumer confidence in the U.S. and
an expected tightening of lending in the PRC.
- Mixed feelings are in the commodity markets. In general,
there is sluggish movement quotes Commodities. The cost
of crude oil has risen - Brent futures are traded at $ 114.7
per barrel. However, the increase in prices for "black gold"
today may cease in response to expected increases in fuel
stocks in the U.S. After yesterday's rally spot price of gold
dropped below $ 1836 per ounce. The slight decrease is
observed on copper futures in Shanghai (-0.06%).
- The euro / dollar goes down, reaching 1.443 at the threshold
of the next portion of macrostatistics. In Europe, was
published data on unemployment in Germany, which,
according to experts, has not changed, remaining at 7%.
The indicator for the euro area remained at 9.9%. Significant
decline in retail sales in Germany was also expected. In the
U.S., ADP publishes the report of change in employment in
the private sector. The number of new jobs in August,
according to experts, has grown by 103 thousand. That is 11
thousands less than the July values.
