/IRBIS, August 24, 2011/ - JSC BTA Bank's Subsidiary organization BTA Securities (BTA Securities, Almaty) has provided IRBIS with a survey of main events, forecasts and investment ideas for August 24, 2011. According to the report, analysts note that the premarket on world markets is composed as follows: - Good rally on the American bid to support bullish sentiment of domestic investors, despite the decline in certain indices of Asia. A situation is favorable to the market of commodities - oil and industrial metals are rising. In this regard, expect to purchase shares of issuers of commodity groups - KMG, Kazakhmys and ENRC. Quotes of the companies could add more than 1.3%. Banks may also be in the black on a background of positive dynamics of Kazakhstan GDR on the western sites. KASE index increased by 1.2-2.8% allegedly. - In Asian markets today, there are mixed feelings. The Nikkei lost nearly 1% in response to a downgrade by Moody's Japan to Aa2 from Aa3 to forecast "stable". Strengthening of the yen continues despite the announcement of new measures the Government of the country's $ 100 billion allocated to stabilize the foreign exchange market. Hang Seng is under pressure from the negative data on the profits of China Life, whose share prices have fallen by 11.5%. Shanghai today is growing by 0.23% on positive Goldman Sachs forecast in some sectors and continued expectations for QE3. - As it has become commonplace, the euro/dollar, after rising on the eve of today unfolded, losing 0.2% and dropping to the level of 1.441. According to the forecasts of economists, the index dropped to its lowest level in a year that will increase concerns about the ability of European authorities to keep the spread of the debt crisis. Moreover, the pace of industrial growth in the euro area could slow down in July. In the U.S., expects increase in orders for durable goods by 2.3% in July after falling 1.9% the previous month. - On the commodity markets gold fell to $1,843. Some investors apparently decided to protect themselves from risks in the form of education of a large bubble in precious metals. Brochures another round of QE put additional pressure on the "risk-free asset," but at the same time supporting quotes commodities. Brent crude is now a little grown up and is trading at $ 109.7 per barrel. The cost of copper in Shanghai rose by 0.23%.
