Special general meeting of Shubarkol Komir (Kazakhstan) shareholders scheduled for September 20, 2011

/KASE, August 22, 11/ - Shubarkol Komir (Karagandy, hereinafter - the company), whose common shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on September 20, 2011 at 17:00 o'clock a special general meeting of its shareholders will begin. The sole issue on the meeting agenda is conclusion of a deal by the Company. The said meeting shall be held at 18 Asphaltnaya str., Karagandy. In case of quorum absence, a repeated meeting of the Company's shareholders will be held on September 30, 2011 at the same time and premises. [2011-08-22]
