Recall on the eve the U.S. Commerce Department reported that retail sales in the country in July 2011 rose compared with June by 0.5% to $ 390.4 billion, also optimism on the markets was drawn by message that Japan's GDP in the second quarter 2011 decreased by 1.3% year on year, which was much better than analysts' expectations - they forecasted decline of 2.5%. Comparing with the first quarter of 2011, Japanese GDP declined by 0.3%. The Minister of Finance of Japan Yosihiko Noda said that the economy is likely to recover in the third quarter of this year.
