/IRBIS, August 10, 2011/ - JSC BTA Bank's Subsidiary
organization BTA Securities (BTA Securities, Almaty) has
provided IRBIS with a survey of main events, forecasts and
investment ideas for August 10, 2011.
According to the report, analysts note that the premarket on
world markets is composed as follows:
- After the collapse of Kazakhstani index of more than 15%
over the last few sessions, shares of Kazakh companies to
the current low levels look very attractive. Positive on foreign
markets will lead to massive purchases by locale, given that
domestic international shares yesterday were in high
demand. All seven "blue chips" of KASE may be bought
today. The most significant increase will demonstrate the
quotations of securities of the banking sector. Almost 17%
decrease in the value of shares of Halyk will increase market
today for at least 4%. KKB is also expected to rise from 3%
to 7%. Rebound in the commodity markets will support raw
material group. As a result, KASE index gained more than
2.5%.
- Positive attitudes to the American markets associated with
the statement the Fed to continue the policy of ultra-low
rates at least a year, were transferred Asian investors.
Restoration of risk appetite has led to the first time in seven
days, the indices Nikkei, Hang Seng and Shanghai are
growing, adding today 1.2%, 3.3% and 1.9% respectively.
The major support for the indices provided stocks of banking
sector. Positive statistics on China's trade surplus grew by
more than what was expected, also fueled the demand for
risky assets.
- The euro/dollar, after significant growth the previous day
unfolded today. EUR/USD rate is at 1.4344, decreasing by
0.23% in Asian trading. Apparently, market participants have
decided to buy the dollar in response to the nature of the
Fed statement, which was not clearly mentioned about the
imminent launch of the third round of quantitative easing.
Meanwhile, the ECB is in no hurry with the announcement of
the data on the volume of their purchases of sovereign
bonds in Italy and Spain. Start today holds an annual auction
of bonds for 6.5 billion euros.
- Restoration of the positive dynamics in the stock market has
affected and Commodities, which after a long downward
movement today were developed. Oil adds more than 0.3%
and traded at $ 104.4 per barrel. Reduced fuel supplies in
the U.S. and expectations of further measures to stimulate
the economy of the largest consumer of energy resources
support the oil quotations. Demonstrate significant growth in
copper futures in Shanghai - with the start of trading value of
the metal jumped by nearly 3%. Several fall in prices was
observed for gold, which is traded at $ 1,750 an ounce.
