Indices of stock markets of developing countries on
Wednesday demonstrated a decline on concerns that the
weakening U.S. economy would limit demand for fuel in this
country - the world's largest consumer. Also, an additional
factor of decline was news that the index of business activity in
the services sector the U.S. in July fell by 0.6 percentage
points - to 52.7% from 53.3% in June.
Bovespa (IBOV Index) - the index of 50 stocks that are traded on the
