REESTR (Almaty) is the bank's registrar. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C40310019 of the bank is equal to 20,000,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P40310115 - 3,000,000 units; - 13,637,563 common shares and 2,619,626 preferred shares of the bank are offered; - the sole person, holding five and more percent of the bank shares from total number of offered shares is National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana), which owns 9,137,195 common shares of the bank (56.20 % from the total number of offered shares or 67.00 % from the total number of offered common shares of the bank).
