/KASE, July 18, 11/ - DBK-Leasing, a subsidiary of joint stock company
Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana), securities of which are officially
listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of
changes and additions made to the issue prospectus of its first bond program.
The mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Committee on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of
the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on July 7, 2011 and
were made due to changes and additions in the Board of Directors of DBK-Leasing,
a subsidiary of joint stock company Development Bank of Kazakhstan.
