/KASE, July 18, 11/ - DBK-Leasing, a subsidiary of joint stock company
Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana), bonds of which are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE copies of amendments
and additions made to the issue prospectus of its shares and of the certificate
of state registration of securities issue of July 7, 2011 replacing the one
issued earlier.
According to the said documents:
- the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK)
registered changes and additions to the Company's shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate has been replaced due to a change in the Company's
legal address;
- the shares issue is registered in the State Register of Serial Securities
under No. А5311;
- All shares of the Company have been placed, its authorized share capital has
been formed to the amount of KZT8,000,000,000.
