/IRBIS, July 14, 2011/ - On July 13, 2011 on the Commodity
Exchange "ETC" trades of deliverable commodity futures contracts
were held.
The settlement price of futures for wheat of class 3 with delivery in July
2011 increased by 1.58% and amounted to 28,450 tenge per ton,
contract price for delivery in September of 2011 - grew by 1.40% and
amounted to KZT 28,500 per tonne, the price for contract for delivery
in December 2011 - fell to 2.26% and amounted to 34,000 tenge per
ton
Settlement prices of futures for wheat of class 3 with delivery in
August, October and November 2011 have not changed and
amounted to 29,190, 37,500, 37,500 tenge per ton, respectively.
The settlement price of futures for wheat of class 4 for delivery in
November 2011 decreased by 0.80% and amounted to KZT 35,000
per tonne, the price of the contract for delivery in December 2011 - fell
by 0.77% and amounted to KZT 35,000 per tonne.
Settlement prices of futures for wheat of class 4 for delivery in July,
August, September and October 2011 have not changed and
amounted to 37,500, 37,500, 37,000 and 37,240 tenge per ton,
respectively.
Also on July 13 the following deals have been concluded:
- 31 deals with contracts for refined gold in bullions for delivery in
September 2011 with 496 open positions. Volume of
transactions was 272,009,213.38 tenge. The minimum selling
price amounted to 1,574.9 U.S. dollars for 1 troy ounce, max -
1,582.4 U.S. dollars per 1 ounce.
- 12 deals with contracts for refined gold in bullions for delivery in
December 2011 at 108 open positions. Volume of transactions
was KZT 70,582,331.95. The minimum selling price amounted
to 1,579.4 U.S. dollars for 1 troy ounce, max - 1,584.8 U.S.
dollars per 1 ounce.
- 117 transactions with mini-contracts on refined silver for delivery
in July 2011, with 38 open positions. Volume of transactions
was 718,471.14 tenge. The minimum selling price was 35.7
U.S. dollars for 1 troy ounce, highest - 37.4 U.S. dollars per 1
ounce.
- 70 transactions with mini-contracts on refined gold in bullions for
delivery in July 2011 with 216 open positions. Volume of
transactions was 3,262,949.69 tenge. The minimum selling
price amounted to 1,558.0 U.S. dollars for 1 troy ounce, max -
1,578.6 U.S. dollars per 1 ounce.
- 1 deal with the mini-contracts on copper for delivery in July
2011, with 2 open positions. The volume of transactions
amounted to 14,075 tenge, the transaction price amounted to
14,075 tenge per 10 kilograms.
- 56 deals with contracts for crude oil for delivery in July 2011, at
142 open positions. Volume of transactions was 1,818,687.51
tenge. The minimum selling price was 115.04 U.S. dollars per 1
barrel, maximum - $119 for a barrel.
- 2 deals with the mini-contracts for wheat for delivery in July
2011, with 18 open positions. Volume of transactions was 7210
tenge. The minimum selling price was 3,605 tenge per 100
kilograms, maximum - 3,605 tenge per 100 kilograms.
- 7 deals with contracts of refined silver for delivery in September
2011. Volume of transactions was 5,957,031.75 tenge. The
minimum selling price was 35.9 U.S. dollars for 1 troy ounce,
highest - 36.9 U.S. dollars per 1 ounce.
- 11 deals with contracts for crude oil for delivery in July 2011 with
two open positions. Volume of transactions was KZT
11,781,076.1. The minimum selling price was 116.5 U.S. dollars
per 1 barrel, maximum - 117.5 U.S. dollars per 1 barrel.
Following the auction settlement price of the contract on refined silver
for December delivery rose 2011 by 5.12% and reached 36.93 U.S.
dollars a troy ounce, the contract for crude oil for delivery in August
2011 - 1.20 % to 116.37 U.S. dollars a barrel.
