/IRBIS, July 4, 2011/ - On July 1, 2011 on the Commodity Exchange
"ETC" trades of deliverable commodity futures contracts were held.
Settlement prices of futures for wheat of class 3 with delivery in July,
August, September, October, November and December 2011 have not
changed and amounted to 42,500, 42,000, 43,000, 37,500, 37,500 and
37,740 tenge per ton, respectively.
Settlement prices of futures for wheat of class 4 for delivery in July,
August, September, October, November and December 2011 also did
not change and amounted to 37,500, 37,500, 37,000, 37,240, 37,480
and 37,720 tenge per ton, respectively.
Also on July 1 the following deals have been concluded:
- 5 deals with contracts for refined gold in bullions for delivery in
September 2011 at 390 open positions. Volume of transactions
was KZT 28,354,456.35. The minimum selling price amounted
to 1,494.0 U.S. dollars for 1 troy ounce, max - 1,496.9 U.S.
dollars per 1 ounce.
- 20 deals with contracts for refined gold in bullions for delivery in
December 2011 with 188 open positions. Volume of
transactions was 156,393,343.15 tenge. The minimum selling
price amounted to 1,495.3 U.S. dollars for 1 troy ounce, max -
1,503.3 U.S. dollars per 1 ounce.
- 8 deals with the mini-contracts on refined silver for delivery in
July 2011 with 116 open positions. Volume of transactions was
125,400.69 tenge. The minimum selling price was 34.1 U.S.
dollars for 1 troy ounce, highest - 34.6 U.S. dollars per 1 ounce.
- 69 transactions with mini-contracts on refined gold in bullions for
delivery in July 2011 with 368 open positions. Volume of
transactions was 3,057,353.58 tenge. The minimum selling
price was 1,492 U.S. dollars for 1 troy ounce, maximum - 1,505
U.S. dollars for 1 ounce;
- 13 transactions with mini-contracts on crude oil for delivery in
July 2011 with 256 open positions. Volume of transactions was
468,793.85 tenge. The minimum selling price was 110.01 U.S.
dollars per 1 barrel, maximum - 111.49 dollars for a barrel.
- 1 deal with the mini-contracts for wheat for delivery in July 2011,
with 8 open positions. Transaction volume amounted to 3,315
KZT, the price of the transaction was 3,315 tenge per 100
kilograms.
Following the auction settlement price of the mini-contracts on copper
for delivery in July 2011 rose by 0.51% and amounted to KZT 13,625
per 10 kilograms, contracts on refined silver for delivery in September
2011 - fell by 2.91% and reached 34.06 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, the
contract on refined silver for delivery in December 2011 - fell by 2.70%
to 34.06 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, the contract for crude oil for delivery
in July 2011 - fell by 0.18% to 111.3 U.S. dollars per 1 barrel of crude
oil contract for delivery in August of 2011 - has risen by 1.44% to
111.16 U.S. dollars a barrel.
