/KASE, June 28, 11/ - Centras Securities (Almaty), a member of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE today with the following press-release: quote Centras Securities announces results of rebalancing the share index "Centras Junior Index" ("СJX"), amendments to which will become effective from July 1, 2011. - the following two shares will be added to the СJX: JSC "Bayan Sulu" ("BSUL"), Tethys Petroleum Limited ("TPL CN"). - the following two shares will be removed from the СJX: KazakhGold Group Ltd. ("KZG LI"), Caspian Services Inc. ("CSSV US"). KazakhGold Group Ltd. is being removed from the index base as a result of its having stopped fulfilling the criteria - carrying out principal operations in Kazakhstan due to a reversed merger between KazakhGold Group Ltd. and OJSC "Polus Zoloto" and purchase of Kazakhstan-based assets of AltynGroup Kazakhstan LLP off "Polus Zoloto". Decreasing operating profitability, increased debt burden and fixing of losses for the past two years have badly affected quotations' dynamics and liquidity of shares of Caspian Services Inc. Due to that fact the Expert Council of Centras Securities has decided to exclude that company from the CJX. JSC "Bayan Sulu" is a company with the head-quarters in Kostanai, it produces and sells confectionery. The company's market capitalization at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange makes up KZT28,136 m ($192 m). Tethys Petroleum Limited explores and produces oil and gas in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Its market capitalization at Toronto Stock Exchange is estimated at 295 m Canadian dollars.
