of banks.
In addition, analysts of ASYL INVEST note the following events on
world markets:
- Key U.S. stock indexes finished the session of Monday with the
growth by overcoming the pressure from the vendors on the
background of statements by the head of Eurogroup, Prime
Minister and Minister of Finance of Luxembourg Jean-Claude
Juncker that the final decision on granting financial aid to Greece
will be taken at a meeting of finance ministers Eurozone July 3.
At the opening of the dynamics of the indices showed weak due
to uncertainty in the allocation of financial aid to Greece.
Shopping observed in almost all sectors, with the best dynamic
sector was led by "health care" (1%). Economic statistics on
Monday was not published. In general, the activity of market
participants was relatively low. The trading volume on the NYSE
totaled 786.44 million shares, while turnover - $ 22.1 billion
- Economic statistics today is limited by the release of data on
sales of existing homes for May. These probably will not affect
the broader market. The focus of the market will be the Greek
question and leaving on Wednesday FOMC statement on
monetary policy and thus the speech of the U.S. Federal
Reserve Ben Bernanke. This report is very important FOMC in
connection with the expiration of QE2. Market participants are
interested in what the U.S. Federal Reserve will take in terms of
the debt crisis in the eurozone.
- Major stock indexes in Western Europe on Monday suffered
losses because of the uncertainty regarding the details of
financial assistance to Greece. Eurogroup put pressure on
Greece and deferred a decision on the allocation of the fourth
tranche of aid worth 12 billion euros until the Greek authorities
will not resolve the question of reducing costs and increasing
budget revenues. This put pressure on the course of trading in
shares on European markets. At the same time, comments of
Juncker that the final decision on granting financial aid to Greece
will be taken at a meeting of eurozone finance ministers July 03,
had positive impact on markets.
- Today, there are data in the euro zone on sentiment index in the
business environment of the ZEW in June, in Germany - data on
the index of the current situation of the ZEW in June, the
sentiment index data in the business environment of the ZEW in
June. The focus of the market - the Greek question. Probably the
activity of market participants will remain low in anticipation of
the report is published FOMC.
