/KASE, June 20. 11/ - Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of increasing the Bank's authorized capital to KZT20 billion. The increase is a result of the Bank's June 20, 2011 selling of 1,100,000 of its authorized shares totaling to KZT11 bn.
