Special general meeting of Shubarkol Komir (Kazakhstan) scheduled for July 19, 2011

/KASE, June 20, 11/ - Shubarkol Komir (Karagandy), whose common shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on July 19, 2011 at 15:00 o'clock a special general meeting of its shareholders will begin. The only issue on the meeting agenda refers to pay-out of dividends on Shubarkol Komir's common shares due for the 4th quarter 2010 and 1st quarter 2011.
