/KASE, May 24, 11/ - DBK-Leasing, a subsidiary of joint stock company
Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of amendments
and additions made to the prospectus of its first bond programme.
The mentioned amendments and additions were registered by the Committee on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of
the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CSA NBK) on April 29, 2011 and
were made due to changes and additions in the Board of Directors, Management
Board as well as in the organizational structure of DBK-Leasing subsidiary of
joint stock company Development Bank of Kazakhstan.
