BTA Securities (BTA Securities, Almaty) has provided IRBIS with a
survey of main events, Forecasts and Investment ideas for April 26,
2011.
According to the report, analysts note that the premarket on
world markets is composed as follows:
- The exterior news background is negative for the mining companies
stock. The cost of oil and metals lowers as the dollar rises. Kazkom's
share stock could go against the trend, after the previous day
fixation. Rise of demand for Halyk bank stock is possible.
- The asian indices demonstrate great decrease today. The fall of the
raw-materials price also affects the markets. Nikkei loses more than
1.2% after financial reports of some Japanese corporations, such as
Nintendo and Nidec, turned out worse than expected. Shanghai
loses 0.9%, Hand Seng - 1.13% under the pressure of insurance
companies stock.
- Global fall of demand on risk assets positively affects position of
dollar as it is a non-risky currency. Today euro/dollar duet lowers
0.4% and stays on level 1.4523 in advance of the data on consumer
confidence in April, which index is predicted to grow up to 64.5. Also
the statistics on estate prices from S&P/Case-Shiller will be
available. Meanwhile, the investors have occupied a waiting attitude
before the press-conference of the FRS chairman. which is planned
on Wednesday. It's expected that monetary authorities would
announce the QE2 end in proper time.
- The raw materials market is directed to south. BRENT Oil futures
contracts lower 0.4% to $123 per bar. Saudi Arabian representatives
declared they felt uncomfortable on current price levels. The
speculations has spreaded around the market, about the fact that the
supply of oil is enough to fulfill popular demand. In Shanghai future
contracts on copper supply lose more than 1.5%. Gold is $1497 per
ounce, losing 0.7%. Silver loses more than 4%.
