FSA approved report on Alliance Bank (Kazakhstan) shares placement results

/KASE, March 14, 11/ - Alliance Bank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of notice of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) of March 9, 2011. According to the document: - FSA approved the report on bank shares placement results; - the issue is divided into 20,000,000 common and 3,000,000 convertible to common preferred shares; - the bank shares issue is included to the State Serial Securities Register under number А4031; - as of May 21, 2010, were placed 13,637,563 common and 2,619,626 convertible to common preferred shares, its authorized capital has been formed in the size of KZT273,952,943,570.
