/IRBIS, February 24, 2011/ - According to PRIME-TASS average rate of the ruble on the basis of a unified trading session (ETS) on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MMVB) decreased on 15.27 kop and amounted to 29.1294 per dollar. Volume 2,582 deals amounted to $1,213.579 mln. In the framework of ETS auctions are held from 10:00 to 15:00 Moscow time, the supply under TOD. [2011-02-24]
