/IRBIS, February 21, 2011/ - Results of the drawing of the Ministry of Finance and National Bank of Kazakhstan on the primary market of government securities from February 14 to 18, 2011: - Weekly Balance net borrowing of Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance on the domestic market has developed at a rate of plus 33,652.1 million KZT; - balance of net borrowing of National Bank of Kazakhstan has developed for the week of plus 111,973.8 million KZT. Weekly balance of all government securities issuers to assess IRBIS was plus 145,626.0 million KZT. The minus sign in the exponent of balance means that the said amount was withdrawn from the budget of the issuer (or issuer) and remained among investors, "plus" - amounts to the issuer (issuer) do (taken) more than redeemed (paid off).
