Stock indices of emerging markets on Thursday showed a mixed trend. Support
had reported a larger-than-expected economic growth in Taiwan. According to
the National Statistical Office, in 2010 the growth rate of Taiwan's economy
grew by 10.82%, setting a new record for the past 24 years. Over the past year,
exports increased by 25.59% and private consumption - by 3.69%. The
average per capita income in 2010 reached $ 18,603. It is expected that in
2011 GDP will grow only 4.92%.
On the other hand the growth in stock markets was offset by the continuing
unrest in the Middle East, as well as news from China. National Bank of China
on Feb. 24, 2011 increased by 50 basis points, reserve ratio for the banking
and financial institutions, for the second time this year. The new rate for large
banks to reach the historic record of 19.5%

PFTS Index - the index is calculated daily on the results of bidding Ukrainian
PFTS stock exchange on the basis of weighted average price of transactions. The
"index basket includes the most liquid stocks. which performed the greatest
number of transactions.
MICEX Ind - main index of the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange. including
the 30 most liquid stocks of Russian issuers.
RTSI - Russia's stock market index Stock Exchange RTS. Calculated on the basis
of 50 securities of most capitalized Russian companies.
MSCI EM - a composite index of stock market capitalization of emerging markets
areas. Since May 2005. includes the index values 26 developing countries:

Indonesia. Israel. Jordan. Korea. Malaysia. Mexico. Morocco. Pakistan. Peru.
