/IRBIS, February 16, 2011/ - According to PRIME-TASS average rate of the ruble on the basis of a unified trading session (ETS) on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MMVB) decreased on 0.05 kop and amounted to 29.2763 per dollar.
