/KASE, February 2, 11/ - By a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board dated January 31, 2011, Halyk Finance, Subsidiary Organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), based on its application, has been assigned the status of a market-maker on KASE on international bonds USN97708AA49, US98951QAA31 ($450.0 m; October 19, 2010 - October 19, 2015, semi-annual coupon 10.50 % APR; 30/360) of Zhaikmunai Finance B.V. (Amersfoort), with the issue completely guaranteed by Zhaikmunai (Oral).
