Stock indices of emerging markets on Monday closed mostly lower. Pressure
continued to provide an unstable situation in Egypt. Recall that in Egypt from
January 25 began mass protests with the requirements of economic and
political reforms, as well as the resignation of Mr. Hosni Mubarak President
whose ruling the country about 30 years. All in all the presentations have
already been killed over 100 people. On Monday, OPEC said that there is a risk
of disruption to oil supplies in the event of an escalation of the crisis in
Egypt. The cartel said that stands ready to increase oil production disruptions.
International rating agency Moody's Investors Service downgraded the
sovereign credit rating of Egypt "Ba1" to "Ba2" rating outlook was changed from
"stable" to "negative." Downgrade was due to a significant increase in political
risk in Egypt against the adverse state of public finances. Egypt's budget deficit
is approaching 8% of GDP, whereas the median for the rating level of "Ba" is
about 4% of GDP.

the 30 most liquid stocks of Russian issuers.
RTSI - Russia's stock market index Stock Exchange RTS. Calculated on the basis
of 50 securities of most capitalized Russian companies.
MSCI EM - a composite index of stock market capitalization of emerging markets
areas. Since May 2005. includes the index values 26 developing countries:
