/IRBIS, January 31, 2011/ - According to PRIME-TASS average rate of the ruble on the basis of a unified trading session (ETS) on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MMVB) decreased on 14.43 kopecks and amounted to 29.8117 per dollar.
