/IRBIS, January 31, 2011/ - Results of the drawing of the Ministry of Finance and National Bank of Kazakhstan on the primary market of government securities from January 24 to 28, 2011: - Weekly Balance net borrowing of Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance on the domestic market has developed at a rate of plus 12,080.9 million KZT - with the volume of services to 752.4 million KZT issuer held two auctions: - January 25 on placement of long-term treasury bonds MEUKAM-156 # 003 (NIN - KZKDKY130034) the sum of 2.8 bln KZT. - January 28 and placement of long-term treasury obligations MEUJKAM- 228 # 004 (NIN - KZKAKY190049) amounting to 10.0 billion KZT. - balance of net borrowing of National Bank of Kazakhstan had the following week at a rate of minus 15,472.1 million KZT. Weekly balance of all government securities issuers to assess IRBIS was minus 3,391.2 million KZT. The minus sign in the exponent of balance means that the said amount was withdrawn from the budget of the issuer (or issuer) and remained among investors, "plus" - amounts to the issuer (issuer) do (taken) more than redeemed (paid off).
