In the structure of income of the republican budget, the actual revenue of 3,626,177.2 million KZT, including: tax receipts - 2,083,554.7 million KZT, non-tax revenues - 71,428.7 million KZT, the revenues from sales of fixed assets - 23,736.5 million KZT, income transfers - 1447,457.3 million KZT. In the expenditure side, the actual expenditure amounted to 3,860,974.2 million KZT, including: state general services - 158,537.9 million KZT, Defense - 214,549.5 million KZT, public order, security, legal , judicial, criminal executing activity - 309,793.2 million KZT, education - 236,392.9 million KZT, health care - 367,185.5 million KZT, social assistance and social security - 835,497.5 million KZT housing and communal services - 167,551.8 million KZT, culture, sport, tourism and information space - 135,388.6 million KZT, the fuel and energy complex and use of mineral resources - 86,856.7 million KZT, agriculture, water, forestry , fisheries, protected natural areas, environmental protection and wildlife, land tenure - 200,220.2 million KZT, industry, architecture, town planning and construction activity - 8,253.3 million KZT, transport and communications - 315,559.0 million KZT, other costs - 85,251.8 million KZT, the debt service - 94,582.0 million KZT, transfers - 645,354.4 million KZT. Income from the national budget this year, approved at the level of 3,378.4 billion KZT expenses - 4182 billion. In September this year, revenues and expenditures of the republican budget of Kazakhstan for 2010 were increased by 139.4 billion KZT.
