/KASE, December 23, 10/ - Based on a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission of December 22, 2010, the following international
bonds of BTA Bank (Almaty) have been admitted to KASE official list as Rated
Debt Securities:

July 1, 2030, semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR, 30/360);
- XS0532995049, XS0532996799 (USD5,221,494,216, circulation start - July
1, 2010, maturity date - 2020-2022, payment of amounts under restoration -
December 31, March 31, June 30 and September 30 of each year, starting
from December 31, 2010).
The date of the mentioned Listing Commission decision's becoming effective will
be announced in addition when the issuer fulfills conditions set forth in item
1, Article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in the said bonds on KASE will be communicated additionally.
The Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) S.A. will keep the system of registers
of holders of the said bonds.
The Bank of New York Mellon (London) will act as principal payment agent and
transfer agent for the bonds.
The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) BTASe7,
BTASe8, BTASe9, BTASe10, BTASe11, BTASe12, BTASe13, BTASe14, BTASe15
accordingly.
Details on the said bonds' issues will be published on KASE website after the
mentioned Listing Commission's decision becomes effective.
