/KASE, December 23, 10/ - Based on a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 22, 2010, international bonds USY8584LAA18, US87971SAA87 (USD60,750 th., June 30, 2010 - June 30, 2022, semi-annual coupon 14.00 % APR; 30/360) of Temirbank (Almaty) have been included into KASE official list as Rated Debt Securities. The date of the mentioned Listing Commission decision's becoming effective will be announced in addition when the issuer pays relevant listing fees. Opening of trading in the said bonds on KASE will be communicated additionally. The Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) S.A. will keep the system of registers of holders of the said bonds. The Bank of New York Mellon (London) will act as payment agent and transfer agent for the bonds. The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) TEBNe1.
