/KASE, December 20, 10/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an
official letter informed KASE of the following:

On December 11, 2010 the Management Board of National Welfare Fund
Samruk-Kazyna held a meeting, where the following decisions have been taken:
1. To early terminate the powers of Aidan Karibzhanov as a member of the
Board of Directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan.
2. To appoint Sabyr Esimbekov a member of the Board of Directors of
Development Bank of Kazakhstan in the capacity of a representative of
National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna.
