(KASE) on December 14, 2010, KASE index increased by 8.97 points (0.53 %) from
1,680.12 to 1,689.09.
The first deal fixed index at 1,680.45. During the trades the maximum value
made up 1,697.51, the minimum - 1,680.45.
Volume of deals in shares, included to the index representative list, on
December 14 against the previous trading day in tenge increased by 2.8 times
and made up KZT115.6 m (USD784.5 th.).

for calculation of the index, with account to capitalization of such issuers and
a number of such stocks in free float. One stock weight must not exceed 15 %.
The KASE Index is calculated during a trading day as deals in the representative
list stocks are concluded. If during a trading day no deals are made in a
representative list stock, then for purposes of such calculation results of the
last resultant trade session are used.
