FSA took into consideration information on non-placement of bonds KZP01Y05D295 (ASNDb2) of Astana-Nedvizhimost (Kazakhstan) from May 14 - November 13, 2010

/KASE, December 13, 10/ - Astana-Nedvizhimost (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of a letter from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) according to which "the (FSA) takes into consideration the fact that during the period from May 14, 2010 to November 13, 2010 no placement of bonds of Astana-Nedvizhimost was done". According to the FSA, as of November 13, 2010, 28,487,932 units of the said bonds have not been placed. The mentioned bonds (KZP01Y05D295, ASNDb2; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; November 14, 2008 - November 14, 2013; semi-annual coupon 15.00 % APR; 30/360) have been included into the second sub-category of KASE official list's Non-Rated Debt Securities category.
