Board of Directors of JSC KazAgroFinance (Kazakhstan) decided to prepay the first issue of bonds worth KZT3.0 bln

/IRBIS, December 6, 2010/ - JSC KazAgroFinance (Astana, hereinafter - the Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), a copy provided to KASE the extract from the decision of the Board of Directors on October 4, 2010. According to the document the Board of Directors has decided to prepay the first issue of bonds worth KZT3.0 bln within the first bond program amounting to KZT30.0 billion, approved by the Board of Directors on June 8, 2006.
