In eleven months of 2010 foreign currencies trades volume on KASE increased by 56.8 % and made up KZT14.0 trn ($95.2 bn)

/KASE, December 6, 10/ - In eleven months of 2010 foreign currencies trades volume on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), including currency swap transactions, made up KZT14,034.3 bn (USD95,248.0 m) and increased against the same period of 2009 by 56.8 % (54.9 % in USD). In comparison with the previous eleven month period (February-December 2009) trades volume increased by 57.5 % (59.4 % in USD). Tenge reinforced against dollar on weighted average exchange rate in the current year by 0.65 % APR.
