/KASE, December 6, 10/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board decision,
from December 6, 2010 in the KASE secondary market sector will open trades in
bonds KZP06Y10C593 (KASE official list, second sub-category of Non-Rated Debt
Securities category, HSBKb17; KZT10,000; KZT15.0 bn; July 29, 2009 - July 29,
2019, semi-annual coupon, 8.00% APR; 30/360) of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan
(Almaty).
In the KASE trading system the bonds are quoted accurate within the fourth
decimal of the bond's net price expressed in percentage from the face value.
The registrar of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan is Fondovy Tsentr (Almaty).
The mentioned bonds were included into the first sub-category of Non-Rated
Debt Securities category of KASE official list from July 24, 2009, and from
November 29, 2010 they were transferred into the second sub-category of
Non-Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list upon their issuer's
request.
