SEC is in talks with leading Wall Street banks to sell CDO

/IRBIS, December 2, 2010/ - The Securities and Exchange Commission is
negotiating with major banks on Wall Street to try to reach agreement on sale
of mortgage-bond derivatives, known as CDO, said today Wall Street
Journal, citing sources familiar with the matter.
As indicated, the discussion is at an early stage and may result in
disagreements over the settlement terms.
Among the banks, with whom negotiations, Citigroup Inc, Deutsche Bank
AG, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Morgan Stanley and UBS AG.
