Stock indices of emerging markets on Wednesday closed a significant
increase. Support was provided by the favorable macroeconomic statistics from
China, the U.S. and Europe. Business activity index, calculated by the China
Association of logistics and procurement, grew up in November 2010 to 55.2
points compared to 54.7 points in October. Analysts had expected growth to
54.8 points. According to the Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP), the
number of employees in the private sector of the U.S. for November 2010
increased by 93.0 thousand, which exceeded analysts' expectations (an
increase of 70.0 thousand). October value was revised from 43.0 thousand to
82.0 thousand. U.S. Labor Department reported that productivity growth in the
third quarter of 2010 amounted to 2.3% the previous quarter on an annualized
basis. According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, the costs for
construction in October 2010 increased by 0.7% compared to September to $
802.3 billion analysts had expected a decline of 0.4%. The index of business
activity in the services the U.S., according to the Institute for Supply
Management (ISM), in November fell to 56.6 points from 56.9 points in October.
However, this figure is still surpassed analysts' expectations (56.5 points).
Retail sales in Germany in October 2010 increased by 0.4% yoy in nominal
terms. Compared with September 2010 retail sales in Germany in October,
nominally increased by 2.3%. According to Market Economics, Purchasing
Managers Index (PMI) for the UK production sector grew in November 2010 to
58 points from 55.4 points in October, demonstrating the most significant
growth over the past 16 years. This growth was driven by increased demand for
their products outside the UK.

stock. commodity and futures exchanges in Sao Paulo. The index is calculated on
the basis of changes in the theoretical portfolio of shares. Constituting 80% of
the total trade over the past 12 months and at least 80% of the volume of trades
of the day.

stocks listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
MERVAL Index - main index of the Buenos Aires stock market. calculated as the
weighted average market value of a stock portfolio. selected according to their
market share. number of transactions and value.
PFTS Index - the index is calculated daily on the results of bidding Ukrainian
PFTS stock exchange on the basis of weighted average price of transactions. The
"index basket includes the most liquid stocks. which performed the greatest
number of transactions.
MICEX Ind - main index of the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange. including
the 30 most liquid stocks of Russian issuers.
RTSI - Russia's stock market index Stock Exchange RTS. Calculated on the basis
of 50 securities of most capitalized Russian companies.
MSCI EM - a composite index of stock market capitalization of emerging markets
areas. Since May 2005. includes the index values 26 developing countries:

Indonesia. Israel. Jordan. Korea. Malaysia. Mexico. Morocco. Pakistan. Peru.
