/KASE, December 2, 10/ - KazAgroFinance (Astana), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE by an official
letter of the following:

herewith notifies of a full early repayment of the Company's first issue

December 31, 2010 to January 31, 2011.
