/KASE, December 1, 10/ - By shares trading results on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) on December 1, 2010, KASE index increased by 7.29 points (0.46 %) from
1,600.50 to 1,607.79.
The first deal fixed index at 1,600.50. During the trades the maximum value
made up 1,614.81, the minimum - 1,600.48.
Volume of deals in shares, included to the index representative list,
on December 1 against the previous trading day in tenge increased by
3.1 times and made up KZT41.1 m (USD278.1 th.).

on this day.
The KASE Index shows a change in prices of the index representative list stocks
for calculation of the index, with account to capitalization of such issuers and
a number of such stocks in free float. One stock weight must not exceed 15 %.
The KASE Index is calculated during a trading day as deals in the representative
list stocks are concluded. If during a trading day no deals are made in a
representative list stock, then for purposes of such calculation results of the
last resultant trade session are used.
