Analysts of JSC "BCC Invest" now expect a neutral open bidding for shares in the index KASE, the ambiguity of the external background. The total amount authorized and outstanding preferred shares of Exploration and Production KMG currently stands at 4,136,107 units. The buyer intends to purchase up to 100% of the specified number of securities. In the auction was attended by 25 members of KASE, have submitted 341 applications, of which at the end of the application period remaining 307 active applications for the sale of 372,769 shares. Of bids was 9.0% of the announced the acquisition volume. The volume of active orders, the proportion of broker-dealer firms had 17.8% of their customers - 82.2%. Following the auction the buyer set the price of the cut-off level of KZT17,407.98 per share and has documented its intention to meet the KASE 275 applications for the sale of 362,355 shares. If successful, the settlement amount of the purchase amount to KZT6,307,868,592.90 (equivalent to 42 742 028.68 U.S. dollars at the current exchange rate). Calculations based on data entered on the special trading deals should be made on Dec. 3, 2010 (according to the settlement scheme T +3). According to the JSC "BCC Invest", the message is neutral for the stock price and depository receipts of Exploration and Production KazMunaiGas as redemption of preference shares by the issuer in accordance with the previously announced program.
