KASE Listing Commission approved admittance of Development Bank of Kazakhstan proposed international bonds to KASE official list as Rated Debt Securities

/KASE, November 30, 10/ - By decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Listing Commission of November 25, 2010, an approval has been granted for
admission of international bonds to be issued by Development Bank of Kazakhstan
(Astana) into KASE official list as Rated Debt Securities.
This decision is at the same time a decision on admission of the said bonds to
the mentioned category of KASE official list, which will become effective once
their issuer has met requirements set by items 1-2 Article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
The said bonds are supposed to be issued under a USD2.0 bn mid-term notes issue
programme.
Details on the said bonds issue will be published on KASE website after the
above-mentioned Listing Commission decision becomes effective.
