published on its website consolidated financial statements of Ust-
Kamenogorsk Titanium Magnesium Combine (Ust-Kamenogorsk) in the third
quarter of 2010, at

The company's assets in the third quarter of 2010 increased by 12.9%
compared with the third quarter of 2009 and amounted to KZT24 819.0
million. Cash increased by 23.3% and fixed at KZT489.5 million. Inventories
of the company fell by 2.9% and reached KZT5,407.8 million. Intangible
assets decreased by 25.4% to KZT27.6 million. Fixed assets increased by
40.2% to KZT348.6 million in 1917.
The company's commitment in the third quarter of 2010 increased by 8.4%
compared with the third quarter of 2009 and amounted to KZT13,545.7
million. Current liabilities decreased by 18.0% and amounted to KZT3,178.1
million. Long-term liabilities decreased by 63.1% and fixed at KZT10,367.6
million.
The total profit in the third quarter of 2010 amounted to KZT441.9 million,
and the resulting loss for the third quarter of 2009 amounted to KZT1,496.0
million.
