Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company launches direct mortgage lending programme

/KASE, November 23, 10/ - Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty),whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the following press-release: quote Starting from November 2010, Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (hereinafter - the Company) launches a direct mortgage lending programme. Mortgage loans will be provided for the following purposes: - purpose of a flat, house, and commercial real estate; - shared participation in apartment block construction; - residential construction; - repair of dwelling or commercial real estate; - refinancing of previously received mortgage loans; - consumer-related purposes. At the same time, the Company will continue co-operation with partner banks on previously developed programmes.
