Stock indices in emerging markets were closed on Monday in different
directions. Support assisted the growth in Asian markets amid reports that
Ireland has finally adopted the European Union assistance. The Government
filed Nov. 21 in the EU for emergency help to cover the budget deficit and
stabilize the banking sector. As decided by the EU and the IMF, Dublin will
receive assistance not to exceed 100 billion euros. In exchange, the
government will have to raise taxes on corporate profits from 12.5% to 15%,
and possibly a tax on property and wealth of the rich.
However, the pressure on emerging markets has provided the fall in European
markets. Recall stock indexes European markets closed lower on Monday amid
growing concerns about the budget problems several peripheral EU countries.
Recall the weekend Ireland received EU and the IMF agreed to receive
emergency package details will be agreed within a few weeks. In this regard,
the international rating agency Moody's Investors Service in its weekly review
mentioned that are likely to lower sovereign credit rating to Ireland on several
levels. The Agency considers that financial support for the EU and the IMF will
dramatically increase the debt burden of the country. Earlier, Moody's placed
the rating of Ireland at the level of Aa2 to the list for review with possible
downgrade.

stocks listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
MERVAL Index - main index of the Buenos Aires stock market. calculated as the
weighted average market value of a stock portfolio. selected according to their
market share. number of transactions and value.
PFTS Index - the index is calculated daily on the results of bidding Ukrainian
PFTS stock exchange on the basis of weighted average price of transactions. The
"index basket includes the most liquid stocks. which performed the greatest
number of transactions.
MICEX Ind - main index of the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange. including
the 30 most liquid stocks of Russian issuers.
RTSI - Russia's stock market index Stock Exchange RTS. Calculated on the basis
of 50 securities of most capitalized Russian companies.
MSCI EM - a composite index of stock market capitalization of emerging markets
areas. Since May 2005. includes the index values 26 developing countries:
Argentina. Brazil. Chile. China. Colombia. Czech Republic. Hungary. Egypt. India.
Indonesia. Israel. Jordan. Korea. Malaysia. Mexico. Morocco. Pakistan. Peru.
Philippines. Poland. Russia. South Africa. Thailand. Taiwan. Turkey and
Venezuela.
KASE Index - the index of the market shares of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.
